Julia and Sam's Fantastic Fall Wedding
This was such a fun wedding to design for, the colors are my favorites!! Gem tones ooo la la! I really loved going crazy on the cake with orchids, dahlia and fern curls (especially fern curls) The centerpieces really popped and the textures was playful with fuzzy cockscomb (red) seeded eucalyptus (seeds only thanks) and more uhule fern curls. Julia's bouquet was designed to pour to one side just like her gorgeous gown. The event was planned by the lovely Ana of two foot creative. See her blog here:

Ann Arbor Wedding Flowers for Imaginary Bride
Yep that's right I just can't see perfectly good flowers left undesigned. So just like when we were little girls (some us never grew up) I played wedding. Justin didn't want to play but he took the pictures so that was helpful. The Bride's name is Cordelia and she looked very whimsical, there were fireworks that might have been for the 4th of July but don't tell Cordelia because she thinks they were for her. Bouquet features ranunculus, peonies, stock, crasepedia, bachelor button, buplerum. Arrangement features same but with seeded eucalyptus and blue thistle otherwise known as "Sea Holly"

Wedding Flowers at the Ann Arbor Botanical Gardens
This wedding was so fun to be a part of! The University of Michigan Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor is a great place to host your ceremony, reception or both. Brides Bouquet below features ranunculus, craspedia, stock, garden roses, and the blue is twedia
This was such a fabulous wedding to be a part of!! The very beautiful and creative bride Sarah choose a vintage linen motif, the table runners were sewn with love by her grandmother. All weddings at the botanical gardens are instantly lush, colorful and elegant but Sweet Pea is so glad to add to the days decor!
Each Table featured 3 designs, 2 field flower arrangements in teal/blue mason jars on either side and 1 centerpiece composed of various vintage apothecary bottles. I rent these items out so if you like them contact me for pricing. I cut the table numbers from a vintage book of poetry and stories.
My favorite photos of this wedding below Sarah studying her vows just before the ceremony begins while all her guests are enjoying the gardens, and her too sons dressed in seersucker suits on is holding the maid of honor bouquet for her while she takes care of last minute details. Can't you just feel their excitement? This was such a fabulous wedding to be a part of!! Racoons like flowers too...Sweet pea camping in chelsea
Justin and i went camping at Green Lake over the weekend. The campsite was amazing with a view of the lake. There was so much pretty stuff in bloom I couldn't help but make an arrangement for our picnic table.
I love camping in Chelsea if it is a bad weather day you can just go into town (1 mile) and play games at zou zou's cafe or catch a play at the Purple Rose Theatre
I am a huge fan of The Tree of Life Studio in Chelsea, Drum, Dance, Massage, Yoga, Juice Bar...what more do you need??
It looks like a raccoon climbed onto our table in the night to admire our pretty flowers :)
